Stronger by the Day 

HOW I THINK 

I believe that Confucius was on to something when he said "It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop." The path in front of you will not always be straight, but YOU must be keep moving forward. That's what I'm all about.

HOW I TRAIN 

I believe in a balanced training style focusing on strength, power, hypertrophy, and stability using all training modalities. No matter what your goal is, we need to start from a strong foundation. 

​

HOW I COACH 

I believe that in order to be an effective trainer or coach, you need to first be a good student. That means constantly learning about new training methods, exercise information, and feedback from my clients so that I can experiment with and apply what I have learned.
